Transition Flashing

Transition flashing is primarily used when there is a pitch change between two roofing systems to ensure a seamless and clean transition. Placing this flashing between roof heights also ensures all water travels properly to the gutter. Without transition flashing, water would sit at the transition between the roof and the exterior wall of a house. Transition flashing helps to push the water collected from the highest portion of the roof to the gutters to ensure no leaking or mold growth occurs in the home. Poor transition flashing can ruin the curb appeal of a home, and can also enable water to enter through the lower level of the roof. So, we custom manufacture transition flashing for each order so there are no problems with water escaping the higher point of the roof.
